Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Samir Dhir

Mr. Samir Dhir is the Managing Director & CEO of Sonata Software Limited. As a business leader and technologist, He has a proven track record for scaling and leading large businesses and expanding into new industries and markets. He is a client-focused leader who has built and managed business in BFSI, Healthcare Life Science, Telecom, Media, and Hi-Tech industries. Before joining Sonata Software, Mr. Samir Dhir was the CEO – Global Markets and Industries of Virtusa Corporation and was responsible for developing and executing Virtusa's growth strategy and company P&L of over $1.6B across markets and industry groups worldwide. In addition, he successfully integrated ETouch and Polaris Consulting & Services' capabilities into Virtusa. Before this, as the Chief Delivery Officer, he led the global delivery and practices organization at Virtusa.

Mr. Samir Dhir previously worked for Wipro, managing SAP business and running the managed services practice. Before Wipro, he held key leadership positions with Avaya and Lucent Technologies in the U.K.

Mr. Samir Dhir holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Warwick Business School, U.K., and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Head of Global Sales

Adam Kaye

Adam heads up our Global Sales team, and coordinates our Marketing output. He represents our European business, and he takes the lead for a number of Global Accounts, managing business strategy and senior level relationships. His experience prior to joining GBW was within retail and marketing management, having worked with a number of major retailers and brands across Europe in a management and client servicing capacity.

Han Min Peng

Han leads GBW’s client services team globally with over a decade of experience in market research, account management, project management and business process improvement. His focus and passion is in developing methods and processes that ensures GBW continues to generate value to clients helping increase client’s engagement and satisfaction. Han earned his Master in Applied Finance and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University in Australia.

Managing Director - Asia Pacific

Xinwen Liang

Xinwen has held leadership roles in regional account development, Human Resource management and ISO quality management. Since joining the company in 2007, Xinwen gained a wealth of knowledge from her earlier assignments including Operations Management, Global Account Service Management, Organizational Restructuring, Business Process Reengineering and Regional Offshore Project management. Xinwen holds double master degrees in Human Resource Management and International Business from Monash University, Melbourne. She also has extensive education background in international hospitality management for 8 years.

Yuri Tjhandana

Yuri joins GBW with more than 10 years of experience in technology world. He upholds strongly the principle of continuous integration/improvement throughout his career, shaping a perfect technological direction within the company. As a passionate Agile supporter, he constantly focuses on productivity of the highest quality, satisfying the needs from various stakeholders. Yuri aims to empower GBW in providing business solutions through innovation and creativity in technology.
